I personally spend at least 1-2 hours every day in my favorite marketing forums.  As of late it seems that forums are getting inundated with tons of SPAM as well as lots of trolls who have nothing better to do than cause trouble.  These actions totally disrupt forums and can cause many headaches for the users, moderators, and owners of the forum.
